Privacy Notice

This portal introduces Synclexia’s entertainment, technology, and creative projects and links to our music realm. Optional Google Analytics stays off until you allow it. The site has a contact form, and ordinary website requests involve technical data.
Who is responsible
Synclexia operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, email admin@synclexia.com. This notice applies to synclexia.com. Linked services, including Synclexia Records, describe their practices separately.
Information this site can receive
- Website requests: our hosting and security services receive technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, time, and error or security events to deliver and protect the site. Search queries can appear in requested URLs. Do not put sensitive information in a site search.
- Contact inquiries: the contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. Those fields are required to submit the form. WordPress and Jetpack/Automattic help process, deliver, store, and protect form responses. We use your inquiry to respond. Emailing us also shares your email address and message with us and our email provider. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
- Optional Analytics: after you opt in, Google Analytics 4 receives online identifiers and information about visits and interactions, such as pages viewed, referrer, device/browser, approximate region, and engagement. Our tag removes query strings and fragments from the page URL and referrer it configures. We do not intentionally send contact-form values as Analytics events.
Public commenting is not currently offered on the portal. If you visit a separate website through a realm link, that website may offer different features.
Why we use information
We use information to serve and secure the website, answer inquiries, prevent misuse, and, if you consent, understand site usage. Where applicable, we rely on consent for optional Analytics, steps requested by you to respond to an inquiry, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the site, and legal obligations where required. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw Analytics consent at any time.
Cookies and your choices
Choose Allow analytics or Reject analytics in the banner. Open Cookie settings from any page to change your choice. Rejecting does not prevent access to the site or submitting an inquiry. A browser Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional Analytics off. See the Cookie Policy for storage names, durations, and withdrawal details.
We configure optional Analytics with advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization denied, and Google signals disabled in our tag. This portal does not currently offer checkout, payments, advertising pixels, or newsletter signup. Visiting a realm or submitting an inquiry does not create a subscription.
Services that receive connection data
Our WordPress site uses Bluehost hosting and related delivery/security services, and Jetpack/Automattic for connected site and contact-form functions. Google receives Analytics data through our tag only when optional Analytics is allowed. Google Fonts and externally hosted images, where used, make their own connection requests. Their providers may receive your IP address, browser information, and referrer according to browser settings. These requests are separate from the Analytics choice.
Read the providers’ information: Google Privacy Policy, Bluehost Privacy Policy, and Automattic Privacy Policy. Following a link to another site brings you under that service’s practices.
We may use hosting, email, security, and analytics providers to operate the site, and disclose information if legally required or reasonably needed to protect rights and security. Providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. The legal safeguards and rights that apply depend on the service and applicable law.
How long information is kept
We retain inquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, and address legal or security needs. Hosting, security, backup, and Analytics records follow the applicable service settings and operational needs; cookie lifetimes are separate from record-retention periods. We do not promise immediate deletion from backups or records we must lawfully retain. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
Your rights and requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction, or an objection to certain processing. You may also have rights concerning sale or sharing under applicable law. Email admin@synclexia.com with enough detail to locate your information; do not include sensitive identity documents in your first message. We may reasonably verify the request and will respond as required by applicable law. You may complain to your local privacy regulator.
Withdrawing Analytics consent stops future collection through our tag and removes accessible Analytics cookies for this portal; it does not automatically erase data already received by Google. Each browser, device, and website origin has its own choice. The Records website’s choice is separate.
Children and security
This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information. We use reasonable measures to protect the site, but no website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes and contact
